2nd Trimester

Pre-workout Fuel

Hi moms! I only have time in the morning to run and workout and I don't want to do it in on empty stomach. I eat half of a banana and drink water, but I was wondering if any of you ladies have suggestions for what to eat quickly before a run or workout early morning?

    I always eat a yogurt, eggs or cheese and fruit before I start a workout. :)

  • I second an egg - you could hard boil a bunch to keep in the fridge, then just grab one out quickly before a workout!

  • I've been downing a Carnation Instant Breakfast on the way to the gym. Or a Nature Valley protein granola bar.
