TTGP IF WEEKLY CHECK IN
This check in is meant for anyone on TTGP who has hit the 1 year mark of TTC (6 months if you’re over 35), has an infertility diagnosis, or are going through IF testing/treatment. It is meant to be a place for people to share and ask any questions who might not participate on 3T or IF who would like the company of others going through the same experiences.
If you would like to participate, please send me a PRIVATE MESSAGE with your info and I will add you on, and please feel free to post your intro. This will be posted every Monday. If you have any suggestions or would like something added, please feel free to post.

AFM, WTO on cycle 19. Just continuing with weekly acupuncture for now and eventually doing IUI.
I'm listening to Kina Grannis on pandora based on a recent recommendation.
This is my crazy IF week. I am still cruising along on prednisone, lupron, lovenox, baby aspirin, Viagra suppositories 4x a day, delestrogen, and a bunch of supplements. I had an E2 draw this morning and am waiting on my nurse to call with my new delestrogen dose. Also we leave today to head up to Chicago. Tomorrow is my doppler u/s to check blood flow (hopefully the lovenox, baby aspirin, increased Vitamin E, and viagra are doing their jobs!) and an IVIG infusion. Wednesday is my rest day in case I have side effects from the IVIG. Thursday I have another E2 draw and my lining check and in the afternoon I have an appointment with my therapist. If my lining check looks good, I will start PIO and my transfer will be a week from tomorrow!
QOTD: I have Taylor Swift's CD in my CD player in my car. Blank Space is a total earworm.

DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA
October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos
November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues. Converted to freeze all due to lining issues. 2 blasts frozen on day 6!
January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues
April 2015: FET #2.1

AFM, I'm on CD4 of our first IUI cycle. Day 2 out of 5 on Femara. I start OPKs next Monday, go in for a mid-cycle ultrasound to check my response to the meds, and then hopefully we'll do IUI late next week. Really anxious/excited to see how this goes!
I'm also dealing with some struggles when it comes to the in-laws. I feel very judged by them that we're taking this route, and DH doesn't want to talk to them about it. I'm very open with our struggles, and they know we've seen a specialist and were considering IUI. His dad's response was "Life doesn't have a script," which DH took to mean he thinks we're rushing things and should just cool our jets. It angered me so much that I basically didn't want to talk to DH at all yesterday because he didn't seem to be seeing how they're making me feel ashamed. It's hard.
QOTW: I'm listening to the sounds of my office. I really want to be listening to some Taylor Swift. I'm obsessed with Blank Space right now and am considering buying her new album.

AFM, no big updates. I'm on 13DPO of a natural cycle. I might test tomorrow if my temp stays up but we'll see.
QOTW: Right now I have The Walkmen playing in my car. I don't expect anyone to know who they are, but they're pretty awesome.
@LDubHawksFan Ugh insurance is a jerk. We also had a weird BC thing. Everyone keeps thinking that we have BCBS of NC since that's were MH's job is located. For some reason his company uses Anthem BCBS which is though Georgia... I don't understand! Why can't BC be one big umbrella.
Nothing much new to update for me. I confirmed O or this cycle so I'm now 4dpo. I'm expecing my period to come at 12/13dpo as usual and then we will start out first medicated IUI cycle. It's sort of sad to think that TI is not an option for us (RE gave us some stupidly low percentage of chance that it could happen without inervention) and that this whole year there wasn't even a chance with MH's current counts. He has a repeat SA tomorrow and I'm praying for slightly better results. Once that's done we'll get a treatment plan for him to see if we can improve his counts. RE discussed clomid and natural supplements, so we shall see what they suggest.

@joy2611 WOW! Hopefully you won't need too many, but that's awesome that your insurance covers unlimited IUI's!
AFM-CD8 finished day 5 of Letrozole yesterday. Just giving pep talks to my uterus making sure she understands what we're in for.....AGAIN! She cooperates when it comes to mature follies, just not when it comes to being a host for them and their little sperm guest! Cheers to a cooperative uterus this time!
