  Hey ladies this is a PNR as I have to get back to work! Hopefully AF has showed up for some of you! 

  
  

  AFM, still waiting for AF (or ideally O, but I'll take whatever at this point). Nothing new to report. Got an estrogen surge on my advanced OPK but I had that earlier in the cycle and nothing happened. I hope this is the real deal.

  I'm on BCP until Thursday. Then I go in for my baseline appt on Saturday. I'm getting really excited and nervous to get this show on the road already.

  
  

  My husband and I have been having the how many embryos to transfer talk. We made a pros and cons list for each (that's something I never thought I'd do!) and oddly enough we're leaning towards 2 now. That's freaking me out a bit but the more days that go by the better I feel about the decision. We'll see what our RE has to say about it since we truly value her opinions.

  
  

  QOTD: My favorite show is House Hunters Renovation. I'm a diehard DIYer and until all this IF stuff happened, I wrote a DIY blog. I've taken a year long blogging break and hope to pick it back up soon. For now, I have an IF blog, which I've never shared with anyone before. It's more like an online diary. Anyway, I love seeing which house they pick and how the renovation goes.

  I started Lupron last night, one stick a night is definitely manageable compared to 5 sticks a day while stimming.  I have a bit of a headache today but I think a lot of that is weather-related.  I have surgery on Wednesday and at this point, I just want to get it over with so we can move forward drama-free (it sounds good, doesn't it!) with the prepping for FET.

  @RG1979 - I hope all your frosties keep growing!

  QOTD- One show I can watch all this time is NCIS.  Luckily, it is on USA enough that I can be a happy woman when there isn't anything else on TV.

  @Ashleyat87 DH and I also had lengthy discussions regarding how many embryos we should transfer.  It is such a difficult decision.  GL with your decision!!  

  
  

  I am still waiting to start the OPKs on Wednesday.  I will likely not get a positive result until around 2/20.  Then I will start estrogen patches around the 27th.  UGH.....I hate them.  And the ganrilex.  Of all the shots that I have done, it is the worst in my opinion!!

  Hey, ladies!  As you know, I've been waiting for AF so I can start BCP, and she still hasn't shown up.  My doc gave me a refill on Provera to induce AF, pending a BFN, which I just confirmed.  Again.  So, ten more days, then AF should come to the party.  Then BCP.  Then the real fun can start!

  @Ashleyat87 DH and I have decided to request a transfer of two, if available.  We would love to have more than one child, and I am 39.  We haven't had a discussion with our RE yet, though.  He may have different plans for us.
  
  AF finally arrived yesterday.  The nurse got back to me - I get to remain a Flurry!  I start BC and antibiotics tonight.  I still need to have my trial transfer and saline sonogram, and I am supposed to have them before my nurse consult, which is Monday.  The scheduling people are trying to figure out when I can fit this in.  It is the last week of the semester, and I would hate to be gone for finals, but whenever they can fit me in I will go.

  Hi! I'm new to the IVF process and the Bump site so hopefully I'm in the right place here. If not, please advise of the right group.  

  
  

  We're starting our first IVF w/ICSI process this month (DH has varicocele and low SA numbers so we've gone straight to IVF). We are waiting to start the antagonist protocol - 300 Follistim and 75 menopur - we were all "a go" until my last appointment showed an ovarian cyst leftover from the last menstrual cycle as well as my estrogen was a bit high so they want to get that number down before I start stims. In the meantime, I'm on the BCP and starting my second pack this week; and will go back to the RE later this week to see if anything has changed and discuss next steps. I'm glad the RE is taking it slow and not rushing. Thanks for letting me join in, I look forward to brushing up on my lingo here and learning a thing or two from your experiences that may help me.

  Had u/s and blood work yesterday. We have 8 follies that are at 11-20mm! Still plugging along with Bravelle and amenopur, but we stopped Clomid and added Cetrotide. Will find out tomorrow if the ER will be Thursday or Friday.
  
  @ashleyat87‌ we had the same talk, and if we can, we will be asking for 2. It depends on how many frosties we get though. Good luck on your decision!

  Hello Flurries!!

  AF showed up today!! Thanks @bootsorhearts ! My nurse had me start BCP tonight. I have my endometrial scratch scheduled for next Monday. I stop the BCP on the 25th.  Then I wait for AF once again!  I am a little nervous about only being on BCP for two weeks before having another period.  This seems really rushed to me.  Has anyone encountered a short time between periods and did it mess up your next period?

  OMG!  I went to the bathroom a few minutes ago and there was a little pink on the paper!  Apparently the Voodoo Tampon works quick?!

  
  

  On another note, I took my first Provera around 4pm (4.5hrs ago).  The plan was to take it for ten days, stop, then say hi to AF.  That's exactly how it worked last time I used it.  Has anybody else gotten AF a few hours after starting Provera?

  Good morning Flurries! I had my last BCP on Sunday and I am just waiting on AF so I can start into my next pack. I started calling around to price check meds yesterday and all of my excitement was shot down after learning the cost, OOP sucks! I'm considering going with IVFmeds out of England.   @BlueFairy5 Ganrilex burns terribly when injected.  However, it goes away quickly.  Also...the needle never seems to be very sharp.  Fortunately, I think I only have to do it 3 times (before next AF).

  Just left my check up. They saw another 2, so we are at 10 follies now on day 10 of stimming. He wants us to do 2 more days of meds so the retrieval will be Saturday. Next appt is on Thursday. Im thinking this is going to push our FET to early March, but not sure yet.
  
  Im in so much pain right now from the sizes and how many follies I have. Since I have a low AMH, this is killer!

  @mrscsw‌ hello to a fellow tiny turkey Hope you have been well on your break. I was on BC for only several weeks last cycle and AF arrived 2 days after stopping and was normal. Hopefully you won't have any issues!

  Me: 2 clear HSG's, perfect 28 day cycle with ovulation, all testing/blood work good

  1/23/14- **Surgery**

  Diagnosis: severe pelvic adhesions from stage 3/4 endo and old ruptured appendix

  RE Recommends IVF due to likely tubal damage

  IVF #1- November 2014 

                   Started stims 11/7. Antagonist Protocol

                   Trigger 11/17, HCG/Lupron

                   ER 11/19   27R/24m/14F

                   ET 11/24   1 little embie 

                   5 frosties!!! 

                   First ever BFP-  12/4 Beta #1: 35  12/8 Beta #2: 9  CP
