Gift ideas for subs?

For those of you (of all occupations) who had a sub filling in for you when you were out on maternity leave, do you have any ideas for a gift that I could give to my maternity sub who covered my classes? She has been a hero while filling in for me, and I want to show my appreciation, but I'm not sure how. I was thinking of a small gift and a Starbucks gift card, but I wasn't sure. TIA!

    Mmmmmm, subs.  I could go for some Jersey Mike's!

    I'd say a starbucks or Panera GC is a good gift!  Or maybe something homemade by the students?

    The first thing that popped into my head was a Starbucks GC. What about a travel mug, too? Maybe with some hot tea options, almost like a little gift basket.
