I am 6 weeks pregnant with twins via IVF. I have a 2008 Honda fit. Any suggestions for infant car seats? My DH is tall so he is the passenger always and the seat has to be in the farthest position possible. The babies would be in the center and behind the driver seat. Any suggestions?
Thanks

At our local BRU, we were able to take car seats out and test them out to see the fit in the car. I found the Graco Snugride 30 to be the one that fit best as DH is pretty tall and has to have the seat far back too.
Graco Snugride 30 fits perfectly in our two Toyota Corollas. We have the double stroller that matches with the car seats too - it was very convenient when the girls were first born to just take the whole bucket out and put it in the stroller.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to give an update. The keyfit 30 DID NOT fit in my car. I need to have the infant seats behind the driver and in the middle. They were way too wide. The Snugride 30 LX fit but very tight. So I am not sure if I really feel comfortable with those two. Will keep on hunting and let everyone know if I find something else! Thanks!

At the time we got our infant carseats my husband had a 4 door Jeep which has a very tight back seat area. We did the carseats on two outer sides and found the only seat that fit was the Peg Perego SIP 30/30. They've redesigned it now so now sure it would fit anymore.
With the two seats being right next to each other it's going to be difficult. Most cars you can't have the middle install share the out board LATCH attachments so it would need to be installed with the seatbelt attachment-which might become awkward.
Check out the CSFL-carseats for the little FB page.
