So has anyone experienced this "wonder week" starting around 19 weeks?? My little guy is 19 weeks and his sleep schedule is all messed up and way more fussy than normal!! Hope it doesn't last for too long poor thing.

  • We had 2 weeks of super fussy, ending around 19 weeks. Of course as soon as he started getting over it I had to return to work, boo! He's learning all kinds of new things with our nanny...sigh. Hang in there! It can be so frustrating when they're grumpy.
  • We had a lot of weirdness going on with his sleep around 19 weeks, but it coincided with the holidays so who knows what caused it.
  • My LO just turned 19 weeks today and the last week he's been more fussy than normal and his afternoon naps have been all over the place! Glad to know it's not just us!

  • We are almost at 19 weeks and the little guy who has slept through the night since 2ish months and naps for 3 hours at a time has been up every hour or so around the clock. I'm exhausted! I have no idea if it's mental leap related (don't have book or app) but something I'd surely up.

  • Idk if it's teething or wonder week but Itty bit hasn't had a decent nights rest in a long time. The only time I can get her to sleep longer during the night is if she's in her swing *sigh* she's 23 weeks.

  • I keep reading up on 4 month sleep regression too. LO was only waking up once during the night just to nurse and the past few nights it's been almost every hour.. Sometimes screaming even- which he never did before even when he woke up to eat. He would just lay there and talk and play. Not scream! Ahhhhhhh. it's bizarre. And his naps are LITERALLY 30 minutes long everytime pretty much. It's like an internal alarm clock goes off inside him. And he wakes up crying from those now too which he never did before. Maybe has something to do with the sleep cycles and him Not being able to move into the next one on his own. He is constantly wanting his paci more now than before as well. Wish I could just say it was a damn tooth coming in or something but I don't see anything red and swollen. He drools a ton and is constantly chewing on stuff but I figured it was just oral fixation stuff that came along with his age.

This is my first baby so I feel like I know nothing sometimes :)
  • I think ours lasted from 17 weeks to 20 weeks. We are now having more good nights than bad, so that is something.
