Baby waking up and needing to eat ....at 13 months

We have fully stopped bottles and formula, but since stopping bottle, LO has been waking up. She is eating good and getting at least 12 ounces of milk (per peditrician's recommendation) and also water. We face her a bottle last night and she slept through the night. Any advice, thoughts or experiences similar?
