Maternity Fashion Show

I know we have HDBD and it's always fun seeing what everyone wears but since that is mainly dedicated to the bumps could we do a fashion thread? We can share pics in our favorite outfits or even just pics of the clothes.

I personally only have one shirt that I really like. It has little polka dot hearts and is my go-to when I want to wear something nice.

I apologize if there is a thread out there like this; I did search and didn't see anything.

One of my favorite outfits. Cullot type shorts, maternity top and a blazer. Super comfy but still appropriate to wear out with clients.
You look so fashionable! Love that entire outfit.

I have that ONE cute shirt..the rest of the time I wear men's white t-shirts. I can't justify spending a lot of money on clothes I can't wear for long, especially with twins on the way but I love looking at cute things.

  • @breezyweezer‌ thanks! Luckily my last pregnancy and this pregnancy are on the same exact time line (my due dates are 3 days apart!). I have a lot of clothes and ideas from then!

  • fashion show! fashion show! Fashion show at lunch!  (anybody......?)

I was really smart and loaned ALL my winter maternity clothes to a friend in Colorado ( I live in GA for another week, then PA)  probably 2 days before I conceived.  And she isn't due for another few weeks.  And.....she may be holding them hostage.  So I am making my bigger clothes and some of hubby's stuff work.  Another perk of being a SAHM-leggings and DH's old flannel (again) is totally appropriate for the workplace.

My MIL gave me this black Gap maternity dress for Christmas, and I have worn it so many times already. Very basic, but super easy to change up via accessories!

ETA: not sure why the pic is sideways. Sorry!

  • @peteresa‌ Me TOO!!! So frustrating!!!!

@veenie2009‌ awesome. Now I just have to Google how to save pics on my Google drive. Lol.

I have no fun clothes. I work from home about 95% of the time. So I really just live in yoga pants and tshirts. Though I did get a basic black maternity tshirt from Target which I LOVE. So soft and stretchy but not clingy.

Haha yes, sorry to rub it in.... It was a pretty brutal way to lose a game.
It's all good- I'm over it:) At least it was a close game and my Cowboys performed better than expected this year. Time to cheer for my Mavs! Xo

I'm gonna try that! Thanks :)
  • I don't own this but if I ever splurged this would be my purchase.

This Camel Ava Wool-Blend Maternity Coat is perfect! #zulilyfinds

Where do they sell this coat at? It looks crazy expensive!
  • I wore this cute tunic my MIL bought for me from Destination Maternity on NYE. Please excuse the silly eyewear on me & my DH;)

Well aren't you two just the cutest New Year couple?!?!?! You guys looked like you partied hard for the holiday....I bet y'all enjoyed shots of apple juice like I did!!! Lol
  • My newest purchase is this super comfy black shirt, which is a bit see-through so I wear it with a cami. I pair that with my maternity skinny jeans, a black belt and black flats.

I'm obsessed with shirts and dresses I can wear belts with because they accentuate my waist and bump, and make me feel less like a blob.

I agree very cute. Am I the only one that is jealous that she can wear maxi skirts in January? As I'm rocking snow boots and excited that we're having a heat wave of 25 degrees today. #januaryblows!
  • @mayflowers35‌ I saw some on oldnavy.com in both regular and maternity sale sections. They also have maxi dresses which come in handy come April/May and you feel like nothing else fits!

  • I love my YMI hyperstrech jeans. I wear them at least twice a week in both colors that I have. I'm carrying low and they're still super comfy and they'll still fit post baby. I found mine at a boutique for $20 and would have bought more if they sold more colors! I also still fit into my normal dressy casual tshirt tops and like to pair them with flowy cardigans. I also wear a long stretchy camisole ever day for when maternity pants slide down.image
  • Bought these maternity pants at week 20, they have the perfect amount of stretch and still feel great at week 24. Best part is that they were $30 at Macy's!

Can never figure out why my photos are sideways!

Cute! As far as photos sideways, if I crop my photo on my phone just a little bit then post, mine always come in straight. Hope that helps!

It's $109 at zulily.com, which actually isn't too crazy expensive, but still way out of my budget!
