Are you referencing a specific doctor's office? If this is the case, you should try your local bump board. This is an international board with women from across the world. We will likely not be able to help you with this specific situation.
It sounds like you need to call your doctor and ask for more information though. They are the only ones who can definitively tell you about your high risk pregnancy.
So you're saying you are not aware of anything about your pregnancy that would make you high risk? I'd say you should call your doctor's office and ask... it's hard to tell without a lot more details.

Kaiser is one of the largest HMOs in the US, I would suspect that there are at least a dozen moms on this board that use this provider network.
I have a different insurance company but due to fertility issues and struggling with pcos my doctor has always classified me as high risk. I like to know everything so I called and asked my doctors PA and she explained it all to me.
I would check with your OB about your specific instance. I have a friend who is with Kaiser and had a high risk, ultra supervised pregnancy because she developed pre-eclampsia and almost died giving birth to her son at 34 weeks. So for her second pregnancy she was having weekly ultrasounds and urine tests to keep an eye on it. But obviously she knew about it and I don't know how it was classified on her medical records. I would think if it was something along those lines you would already know.
No experience with kaiser but my Dr had me do the 24 hr urine due to my pre-existing blood pressure issues (controlled with medication) and they wanted to make sure the sugars and proteins were within normal limits. Bc of the BP issues and I'm AMA (37 yo), I'm with MFM (high risk).
I was with kaiser my first pregnancy. I was also labeled high risk, because they said my son was going to have Down syndrome. They monitored every visit I had, until I delivered.
