DH is so proud!

Well all DH's hard work paid off! Nathan started to say da-da-da today! He may not understand what he is saying yet and is just copying sounds but of course I had to record it and send it to DH (he is at work until Monday). DD1 said ma-ma first and is very much a Momma's girl so we hear my name a million times per day. Now that DS is here DH has been saying da-da to him hoping to hear that before Momma. He was so excited when he landed and heard the message we went

Anyone else hearing new baby sounds??

    Wow we're not even close!  But I guess like everything, he'll just wake up one day and start doing it.  My husband would be so thrilled if he started saying dada, even if it was just babble.

    When E starts pouting she has begun to babble mummummumum. It's heart breaking and cute at the same time. I can't wait until she starts saying it when she isn't upset.

    DS has said isolated ma's before, but yesterday said ma ma and seemed to kind of get it, and keep trying it, especially when I went nuts with glee each time. Yay!

    His favorite word remains ah-ga-ga however ;)

    Same here. We get mumumummum allll the time. It is, of course, just babble at this point

    DS whines mama when someone else is holding him and he can see me. It's adorable(: at first we thought it was a fluke and just baby babble but he says "mama" pretty clear!
