Who wants to help decorate my kids' room?

We're in the process of rearranging our apartment. We moved ourselves into the tiny bedroom that used to be DD1's nursery and moved DD1 to our old bedroom. DD2 is still sleeping with us but as soon as she can put herself to sleep and is down to 1 MOTN feeding she's moving to the crib and sharing a room with DD1. This is what their room looks like right now. It is in real need of some lovin. Any ideas how I can make it cute and comfortable for my girls?

The room is roughly 10'x13'. The blue walls stay, the cupboard has to stay where it is, we want to keep the twin guest bed and I'd like to keep the drapes to save money (they're stripes in various shades of brown and blue). The yellow and orange bedding probably should go. I'm thinking the crib should go against the wall in place of the toddler bed,move the toddler bed where the changing table is and push the changing table under the window and take the pile of crap to storage. Any ideas how to warm it up and accessorize?

@athn64‌ That's a good question, she likes everything... Dinosaurs, dogs, fish, elephants, giraffes, stars, moon, circles, squares, letters, numbers, etc maybe I can do something with elephants, since the room is blue or the stars and moon. I really like that gallery wall idea @usernameedit‌ posted and the tree bookcase, so adorable.

I love the elephants idea, and I love those trees with shelves on the branches. I am sure you could find some really cute elephant print on Etsy that would have some blue in them. A cozy shaggy rug in the middle of the room would be really adorable too, maybe in a darker blue to tie in the curtains. Definitely new bedding if you can spring for it. We decorate clearance style. For DD's room (she has turquoise walls) I found some white butterflies to hang up and there's a wire under it to hang pictures. We also found a pink flower print on Target at clearance.
