So we're in this horrible sleep regression and I feel like I'm at my wits end. I don't know what to do and wondering if anyone has any advice. DS used to be a sleep unicorn and would STTN and now he's waking up every 2 hours. It takes me 2+ hours to get him to bed at night even though he's exhausted and he wakes up constantly. I offer him milk, a pacifier, and try to rock him but nothing works. All he wants is to sleep next to me in bed. As soon as I lay him down next to me he is out cold after about 20 seconds. No matter how deep of a sleep he gets into, he wakes up as soon as I transfer him to his own bed. I can't sleep next to him because I sleep too deep at night and am afraid I'll roll on him. I need some help! I know that he's too young to CIO so do I just keep pulling him into my bed with me at night? I feel like he's just developing horrible sleep habits by doing that and I can't get any sleep when he's in my bed.

Re: Sleep help
I don't co-sleep (I would if I needed to) I know a lot of people do and I've seen it mentioned on the board a lot and lots of tips on how to make it safe which might be worth looking into. As others have said, don't worry about bad sleep habits yet just do what you can to maintain your sanity. Good luck.
