I should probably ask this somewhere else, but alas, I lack the courage to venture out lol.
Obviously, I have no idea how far along I am because of the 'period' I experienced. However, I'm pretty sure I'm not feeling my uterus just yet and was wondering if anyone else had ever felt something similar.
For the past few days, I've been feeling a lump, about an inch above my pubic bone and slightly left of center. It's not popping out or anything, but it's definitely there.
It's about 3/4" long and pretty firm. I don't recall feeling this before and I'm wondering if it might have something to do with my bleeding.
I already have an appointment booked with my family doctor on Wednesday and will be calling my OB back that day too so I'll probably mention it to both. It's just weirding me out a little bit lol.

Re: lump just above pubic bone
Sometimes the area directly above my pubic bone seems to stick out farther than it seems it should and feels pretty hard- like a rock. I mentioned it at my last appointment (with a nurse educator- not OB), and she didn't seem to be worried about it. I plan to ask the OB when I go back next month if I'm still noticing it. I'm sure it's nothing, but my PGAL brain wants to be sure.
Is there pain associated? When you press on it? I know it's easier said than done, but if there's no pain, try not to fret. You could always call your OB first thing on Monday- that's what they're there for.
