Just wanted to say another huge thank you to all of the advice and thoughts when I originally posted back in November about doing back bends! Thanks to the encouragement, I've been able to maintain my flexibility and was even able to go into a back bend for a picture my husband took as part of our "maternity shoot". It feels amazing to still be able to move now that I'm in the third trimester and I'll be able to squeeze in one more performance before the belly gets too much larger haha I'm aiming to still be able to bend by the end of the pregnancy so this should be an interesting last stretch before the baby arrives
