First day of physical therapy

He told me my hips/pelvis are all jacked up which is in turn putting a lot of pressure on my back and the herniated disk but they will be able to work it out after a while. I'm excited to get this all figured out and start feeling better.

Re: First day of physical therapy

  • Good luck. PT did wonders for my jacked up hips/pelvis.

I still do the stretches. They help so much.

  • I don't know your whole story but I wanted to comment that I've had a huge amount of relief from chiropractic adjustments for hip and pelvis issues that were causing me severe back pain. PT was helpful, but the chiropractor was much more helpful. Hope you feel better soon.

  • I tried to ignore it for a while, but PT helped my pelvic floor/low back issues a ton. I have SIJ dysfunction and after my c/s w the twins, I had all kinds of pain.

6 weeks of PT and I was able to run again! Good luck!

I had all of this going on after delivering my DS1, except it was a vaginal delivery not c/s. PT did wonders. My shit was all out of wack. I imagine it'll probably be the same after I deliver this baby. I swear by the stretches and exercises my pt gave me!
