Help with Fuzzibunz One-Size

I ordered some Fuzzibunz one-size elite on Zulily. I believe they are the 2013 version. My baby is a little over 10 pounds and fits in several other one-size diapers. I had high hopes for these, but they are not fitting right!

I am having a lot of trouble with them. The tag suggested the 7th hole for newborn - 10 pounds. That was huge! I made it much tighter and now there is no leg gaps but the back is ridiculously puffy!! Any advice about how to get a good fit?

    I never could get them to fit right.

    Same. N is 14 lbs right now and they still don't fit. Maybe when she's bigger.

    Make sure you adjust the front and back of the leg elastic.

    Here's the chart I was given when I had trouble with the FB diapers. They still fit weird though even after I played with them to try to just fit to size so they're now my last use CD.

    @sarenu1‌ So was I supposed to do 7 from the front and 7 from the back?

    @DecafGrandeMocha‌ All of the You Tube videos and tutorials I was looking up mention numbers in the elastic like that does, but the ones I have don't have numbers on the elastic.

    If there aren't numbers, try just counting the number of holes?

    I had to make them WAY smaller than the chart suggested. Since there are no rise snaps, the PUL will be a bit puffy when yiur baby is that small as the extra fabric has to go somewhere. When you pull the front up, make sure you are stretching the leg elastic out so that you're not leaving all the fabric at the back. As long as there aren't gaps at the legs or waist, I'd just go with it!

    Yes, if that is what is suggested for the elastic. But fit can be different.
