So much as I would love to make lactation cookies and eat them all day, I would also not like to see my weight start going back up again. I am going to start eating oatmeal every day for breakfast instead. For those of you ladies who use oatmeal to help increase milk supply, do you add anything like brewer's yeast or flaxseed and if so, how much? When I google lactation oatmeal, all that really shows up are cookie recipes. Thanks for any input

I also found mother's milk tea gives me a little boast too. I'll drink it if my first pumping isn't up where I want it.
