Not much to update this week!

35 weeks this week and the girls were moving like crazy last night. Love how that feels.

. I had another Non Stress test this past Monday and all was still good. I am working on getting my hospital bag packed and can't decide what to bring to wear. Do you think leggings would work or should I skip that? I did buy a couple of hoodie/pants sets at motherhood for 50% off the other day. When I shopped for maternity clothes they didn't have that stuff out yet. Wish I had them earlier, because they are comfy! I will be bringing one of those to wear home most likely!

I don't have much to update either. Still in the hospital. My scheduled date is jan 22nd if I don't go sooner. NSTs r going great still. I still have intermittent absent blood flow to B, but seems to be holding steady there. Just counting down the days.

My husband has one car seat in the car, but has to get his boss to help him install lol.

And a big congrats to @chickyclg‌!! I wish your babes a healthy & fast NICU stay & quick recovery for you!

@cls78 I packed looser yoga pants with the high waist band bc I'm having a section. But I actually have all my comfy clothes here since my hospital stay is forever long lol

35w5d here........

It's been a really tough two days, but things are a little better today. I have basically been one giant BH for the last two days, so I am extremely uncomfortable.

I have to take one of the dogs to the vet today, so that's my only activity. I also plan to SIT on the bed and sort clean clothes so that DH can put them away. Exciting, I know.

The carseats are NOT in. Don't remind me.

So happy that my baby girls are home! We got home last night and although I'm heavily sleep deprived, I wouldn't change it for the world! My daughter is excited about having them home and wants to do everything for them. They're 3 weeks old today, time is flying!

Congrats @chickyclg‌!

I do not have much of an update. I am also still in the hospital. My blood pressure is getting higher everyday along with the protein in my urine. The doctors still want me to wait it out until I am 37w. I am 36w today and my csection is scheduled for next Friday 1/16. I am so glad I was able to carry the girls this long, but I really want to have them now so I can make sure they are alright if that makes sense.

QOTW: My husband is taking care of the car seats. You can call the PD or FD I guess to check that the seats are installed correctly and meet all the standards so he has given them a call.

Not feeling so hot- I have to continue to work full time and am in a lot of pain. Went to the dr yesterday and they said my cervix is thining a ton and i am 2cm dialated- not that it means that much- but if I have to be induced at least it will be easier. Right now one twin is heads down and the other flipped breach- I still want to try for a vaginal delivery- my dr thinks I am good candidate for it BUT also hates delivering breech so I am torn. Anyone else have that combo and if so are you just going with the csection?

Didn't mean to be whiny in my post ladies....sorry about that- just having a rough few days physically and with a full time job, a husband not home and two kids to take care of- I have really had abad couple of days

Baby A is head down and Baby B is breech. We were given the option for a vaginal delivery, but have opted to get a c-section to avoid the possibility of a double whammy.

How is everyone feeling? Post your updates! 33 weeks today! Got an official eviction notice for these boys of Feb 6!! Not in a rush but nice to have an end date! The boys have noticeably dropped the last three days. I am getting tons more BH and the pressure is intense. Hoping to hold out til that Feb date because mom will be here!! QOTW: Did you install your car seats yet? (For those of us still waiting! . ) One is installed. Wanted to make sure we knew how these seats worked... It's been a few years since we have dealt with infant seats...lol. The other one is ready to be put in when needed!

@courtlandmatthew‌ mine are both breech, but if A was the only head down one, id still do c/s. I just can't risk double whammy.

@baileylove22‌ I know how u feel. Im really on edge & a part of me wants to just deliver Tuesday at 36w to get out of here, but I know it's best for the babies to stay in longer. My doctor reminded me.. We are human, it's normal to want to get out of the hospital. We know tho that Deep down we will do whatever it takes for the babes.

@abseptember‌ we did the same thing. We had my in town cousins take care of DD for the night and take her to school the next morning and then my mother drove up (3 hours) to take over. She took care of DD at our home while I DH and I stayed in the hospital while I recovered and to be near the girls in the NICU. It was so helpful!

Hey ladies! I had my boys at 36 weeks on the dot. I had been in the hospital over the weekend for preclampsia. I was scheduled already for 37 weeks but they moved it up a week. Babies are doing great and no NICU time needed! They were 7.2lbs and 6.4lbs! The c section has been harder than I thought but worth all the pain for my little guys. I lost a little more blood than they like to see so they are keeping us an extra day and we get to leave Saturday all together!

Congrats @ksgsmu‌! It's so great that your LOs needed no NICU time! I am not looking forward to the csection at all. I hope you recover quickly and get home soon.

All the peer pressure got to me. The car seats are getting installed today and we are going to the Health Department to get them checked.
