Freaking out ***possible pregnancy mentioned***

Hi all. As I've posted before, I have PCOS and have had many issues health wise because of it. I've been using OPK to test myself throughout the month, not just when i should be ovulating, and many times I create cysts instead of mature eggs. Well, I tested today, 2 days overdue for my period (though it's always just an estimation), and I got a strong positive OPK. I know false positives are common, though I don't believe I've had that problem until (possibly) today. At work I just took a HPT as well. There is the test line and a faint pink line. I can attach photos later, but my phone crashes every time I try. Could it be?! I don't know what I should think. I'm definitely freaking out and feeling all sorts of emotions (though trying not to get my hopes up for obvious reasons).

    If there is any color at all that is a good sign!! :) Post pics!

    3 rounds of clomid Summer 2014
    Normal sperm analysis 8/2014 
    HSG revealed Uterus Didelphys (Two uterus) 8/2014
    Referred to specialist, who found I had been misdiagnosed 
    Diagnosed with septate uterus 11/2014
    Septum resection scheduled for 1/28/2015

    Sorry, gals, for asking her to post! I guess I don't know the "rules". Nothing I like seeing better than a positive pregnancy test :) whether it is mine or someone else's! ;) Best looking thing in the world.

    I'm glad my phone wouldn't allow it then! Though it would never have been to brag (I know better), I would never want to make anyone upset. Still not getting any hopes up, and will continue to test and schedule appt if the tests remain the same. This is all new to me and I've never experienced this before. Thanks for the support ladies!
