I have only a couple crock pot meals that are definite YES in our house. I love using the crock pot because it's just hard to cook at night sometimes with the homework, pushing on the swing, and everything house related.
I searched back a bit but couldn't find a recipe thread, unless I missed it? Does anyone have any awesome crock pot meals with minimum prep to share?? Bonus if I can put in the meat frozen or if it includes hamburger meat without being a chili....

I usually use cream of mushroom because I find the chunks of chicken in cream of chicken unsettling.
I put the chicken in frozen. Actually, I put all my meat in frozen to the crock pot. I just cook it longer then.
4-6 chicken breasts
1 can chicken broth
onions for taste
1 cup BBQ sauce
Cook on low 8 hours.
These are great thanks!!!
The number 1 recipe we use around here is this
1 bag of frozen chicken cutlets or breasts. It's about 2 pounds I think?
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1-2 8 oz packs of cream cheese cubed up.
1 bag of frozen peas& carrots
1 -2 packs of Italian dressing seasoning (depends on how much you like it.
I usually microwave the cream cheese and cream of chicken to make it soupy then pour over the chicken. I used to steam up the veggies and then add at the end but I think I can add at the beginning frozen and they would be good. I did it at an hour left last time and they were a little chewy still.
Cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours. It tastes like chicken pot pie I think! Sometimes I mash up the chicken for my kids and serve my husband and I a bigger piece of chicken. The first few times my kids ate it they literally licked the bowl.
Served over rice.

I love my crock pot! We make several soups in it, like tortellini sausage (add tortellinis at the end), baked potato soup, veggie soup, etc. I make Korean beef last night and it went over really well with all the kids, roast (use the leftovers in soup or enchiladas), pulled pork, pork chops, beef stroganoff, use it to cook a whole chicken that you can pull the meat off of and use in a gazillion other things. I also like it to make big batches of things that taste better cooking awhile, like spaghetti sauce, that I freeze in smaller portions.
