Long hot bath with DH in our soaking tub. Assuming, of course, that he's not the reason I'm stressed Otherwise, reading and, if it's really bad, I take it out on the bathroom with some cleaner and a good scrubbing sponge.
Depends, if I've had a rough day at work I talk to God on my way home from work. I actually do this probably almost everyday. Mornings are usually for talking to the baby. I know I'm the weirdo talking to myself in the car, I started talking to the baby on my 8 hour flight the other day. I was feeling stressed after not being able to get up to go pee, I cried.
If I'm at home I tend to clean/organize the house and watch friends. Since I'm not running right I sometimes go for walks but its a little too cold for my liking.
I do crafts, get a hug from DH, take a hot shower, eat something yummy, snuggle with my kitties, and imagine punching people in the face... not necessarily in that order.
I think that I am going to do mother/daughter pedicures at home tonight. She loves putting on my good smelling lotion and sparkly polish. I might just do the same!
@specialsn0wflake I love Lush so much! The closest location to me is 3 hours away. I'm ashamed to admit I've made a few day trips to the shop... Just when I'm too impatient for online ordering ;-)
Netflix binges, icecream, long showers, snuggle with my husband or my dogs, shopping or cleaning if it's the right sort of stress, get my husband to give me a shoulder/neck massage, sleep... all of those things sound amazing right now! I'm not stressed, but I do feel pretty low today. These solutions will work

I will gladly pay more to have something right then and there! Plus, smelling everything and getting free samples is part of the experience!
If I need to de stress after work , I play either Bon Jovi , Miranda lambert , journey, Aerosmith, Ozzie osbourne, or the frozen soundtrack on and sing my lungs out, I think bub is gonna hate me singing so much when he's born !!! But it's what I do, car karaoke !! Ok, I pretty much do that all the time when I want to relax , kitchen karaoke is my fave when cooking or cleaning ... Lol !
Exercise and snuggle with my pups. I would love a prenatal massage though.

Re: What do you do for stress relief?
Silly time with my nephews always uplifts the mood.
Also, yoga. But at this point it feels more like delivery prep than stress relief.

Most stress can be resolved by venting to DH...unless he's the source of the stress, lol
