Membrane sweep and sex

Hi. I'm due the 19th of this month. Have already visited the hospital a couple times due to contractions. Today I am 38 weeks 3 days. And my midwife sweeped my membranes and stretched my cervix. I am at a 3 and 60% stationed at -2. This is my third baby an we cannot seem to get labor started well. Been having sec almost every night. Like rough sex. Tmi. I lost my plug like a week ago. After the sweep I felt a lot of pressure. And after sex. I don't feel anything but sore! Has anybody had any experience with the sweeping? It was done at around 1 today an it's now 6. I'm so done being pregnant and frustrated. Midwife wants baby out too. Lol. Just wanted to talk about people's experiences. Because with my other two it wasn't this difficult! N son was born at 37 weeks and my daughter was born at 38 weeks.

    The baby will come when it's ready. Everyone shut up about their cervix already! Who cares if you're dilated and have snot coming out of your vagina, it could still be weeks. I don't care what your midwives think...

    What @CrazyMonkeyBear‌ said - why are you so set on having an early term baby? Is there some medical reason why he/she needs to be born before 39 weeks? I'm due the same day as you, but my method is to just calm down and wait for him to be ready on his own.

    This is getting so old.
    Op baby will come when baby comes- no idea why you and midwife want baby out and maybe there's a good medical reason (should include those facts if they are important) but if it just because you 'are so over being pregnant' we really don't care
