  If they say "I'm looking for Katie " I say I'm Katie. If they say is so and so available I say this is she.

  I voted SS, I say 'This is Katie.' Just kidding, my name isn't Katie, I insert my name there. But with so many Katie's, I know you can relate.

  I don't ever think id say any of those, guess I'm not formal or grammatically correct!
  
  I'd probably say 'this is (first name)' or 'speaking'

  I'm with @Cfox815.  I think it's a lawyer thing because most of the people I talk to professionally respond the same was as well (and obviously the people who call me personally know my voice).  I usually answer my business line "Michelle LastName" anyway.

  If it's a number I don't recognize I will usually pick up and say, "April speaking" instead of Hello. If I answered saying Hello, then they ask for me, I reply "this is she."

  I ask who it is then either say "speaking" or sorry wrong number depending on their answer.
