Dostinex - Future Breastfeeding Question

Does anyone know someone (or yourself) who took dostinex (the pill that drys up your milk). Who then went on to have another baby and successfully breastfeed with enough milk?

I'm asking because my friend took that pill when she had to give birth at 22 weeks (April 2013). Now she has a newborn (December 2014) and is having trouble getting enough milk.

I took that pill when I had multiple abscess boob problems, so now I'm wondering if it will effect my future milk production for future babies.

Her current milk production could have nothing to do with the pill, but it does make me wonder.
