Fussing while standing

DS will be 8 months on the 16th. He isn't crawling yet but he is getting close. He has reached all other milestones right on time. At his 6 month check up, the pedi was concerned because when she checked his hips, he giggled then started crying. She also said she felt a pop. So he had to get an X-ray to make sure he doesn't have hip dysplasia. It was normal. Now when we get him to stand, he will but he stands on his heels at times and fusses after about 30 seconds. So now I'm worried it may be something with his hip. But I also know, that babies fuss at new things. I remember he fussed after a while with tummy time too when we first started. Anyone else have LOs who don't seem to enjoy standing? I'll definitely mention it to the doc next time if it hasn't resolved

    Mine enjoys to stand (pulled up to his playtable) but still fusses. I think it's out of frustration sometimes because he wants to do more. He also stands on his tips toes a lot. Have you thought about taking him to a chiro? Mine gets adjustments every 3 or 4 weeks and he usually has a hip out of alignment at every appt.
