  Either a baby gate at their door.  Or supernanny style.  Every time they get out of bed you lead them back to bed until they stay there.

  Shes 22 months old.i think she is ready she climbs out of her crib everytime we put her in it. Tonight we put her back in her bed 4 times then locked the door i felt bad about locking her in but after like 5 mins she went to her bed and went to sleep. Thanks for all your help

  Put them back in over and over again. Chances are, you are going to have to do the hard work someday. Even if you lock the door now, you won't lock it forever, and you may have to deal with it then. I locked the door with DS1 for about 6 months because I actually feared for his safety if he got out. After awhile I didn't fear for his safety anymore and didn't feel right about locking him in (that could have its own risks), so we did the hard thing then (put him back in for 2 hours straight while he screamed).
  
  I will do the same thing with DS2 when it comes time. He's not a climber so I hope he'll be in the crib a few more months. And then, be more obedient.... Maybe even pay attention to the wake-up clock.

  We did the lock door trick and it worked after about a week, now he rarely gets out of bed now

  Switch the doorknob on their door so the lock is on the outside and easy for you to access. It also helps out for safety purposes because if heaven forbid there was a fire you don't want your toddler leaving their room to hide who knows where.
