Babies r us replacement/warranty question

My medela pump stopped working the other day. Luckily, the lady who bought it for me also got the warranty. Do I have to send everything back to get the new one? I need everything but the actual pump because luckily, my work has a pump that you just hook your tubing to. I know some places just send you a new one with very little questions asked and other places want everything returned

  • I would be surprised if they checked to see if all parts are there, especially if you take it into a store for the exchange. We got a damaged crib from BRU and when we made the return we may or may not have kept the front rail to convert into a baby gate. No one checked and we got a new crib without issue. Being under warranty I would think you could do the same.
