Over paranoid

this may seem minor to some, but I would just like some thoughts and prayers please. Went in for routine appointment today and the baby's heart rate was too high for about 5-10 min. Had an ultrasound and everything was fine. Doc said come back in Monday to check heart rate again. She was slightly concerned but not overly worried. Of course now I am overly worried! Could really use some positive vibes/ thoughts/prayers!

Sending you good thoughts. Focus on the fact that your doctor didn't panic. If they did, then I'd worry. But you can't do anything between now and your next check up. Relaxing is the best thing you can do, as hard as it may be.
