  I haven't done mine yet either. Hopefully Q will finally fall asleep at some point so I can get to it. I just checked and I see today is lunges. I think I'm still feeling some effects of the last lunge day! I know there are a couple of you doing the Whole30. Is anyone else following a particular diet?

  Did my 50 flights of stairs, 100 calf raises, and 50 crunches. We won't discuss what I ate.
  
  @katej11 I basically eat paleo. Only partially for myself though, mostly due to LOs food intolerances.

  Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
