Does the City Mini GT fold up with the belly bar in place?

Just curious - thinking of upgrading now that the twins are 1

Any other things I should know about before I go broke on this thing? Is the belly bar/snack tray used a lot? I know I definitely NEED the parent console. ahhhh why do they make this so hard!

I can't answer your question as my city min GT just arrived today but PSA that you can get 20% off at albeebaby.com thru 1/9, code newyear. It also came with a free parent console! I couldn't believe babyjogger wasn't excluded. Discount won't apply to sale strollers though (prior year models which are already reduced)

We had one for DD and it folded w the car seat adapter that connects in the same spot. So I'm guessing it would. We LOVE it. Best money spent!! I'm trying I figure out how to afford a double!

Yes--I have a City Mini GT from DS #1, and it folds beautifully with the belly bar on. It's a great stroller!!

It folds easily and I like having it. I use the bar to pick it up when it is folded, makes it so much easier.

oh my gosh!!!! this is a HUGE savings! I just sold our infant stroller sets (we had TWO) and was going to buy today but Albee only has the teal available for the deal. Teal is ok, right?! I can get behind that? lol lol (I feel all three colors are very "boy" - wish they had a softer color!)

I got the teal too and have 2 girls. That was the color I wanted though so didn't even realize that was the only discounted color! Eta: teal can be girly! It's a Girly blue lol

ok good to know!! I have an aversion to teal after some bridesmaids dresses I had to wear a few years back lol

I can't wait for this to show up! We successfully sold our twin stroller systems that all worked with our car seats, which paid for the GT! We are stroller free until Friday ha ha.

As a follow up - anyone recommend any accessories for the Double GT? I got the free parent console, but just curious if there are any other must haves?

I have the trays but you have to have the belly bar to use them so I need to get that too. I think those and the parent console are nice to have. My babies are 3 months and we still haven't used it yet but I'm excited about using it.
