Engorged all the Time?

Hey everyone just curious as to what's happening. I am for the past week engorged all the time, like it literally feels like bricks in my boobs. DS doesn't seem like he's feeding more or less and he's had the exact same wet and dirty diapers.
I'm exclusively BF and pump only 2-4 oz each day for when I go out.
Any advice would be helpful, I just had to hand express some milk to relieve the pressure.

    Thanks for the replies! I hadn't  even considered clogged duct/ growth spurt/ comfort nursing :) I'm hoping it will even out soon

    Yep, I was a bit engorged for a day or so after LO had been nursing every TWO HOURS all night for two nights. It's nice to know my supply is not in danger of diminishing, but gee, I forgot how much that hurt!
