I hope everyone is doing great and sticking with their challenges. I didn't get as sore today from yesterday's workout. That just means today won't be so hard.
The weather is really nice today so I'm going to try to get in a mile walk with today's challenge.

TJ - way to go on the stairs. I feel like they are one of the most brutal exercises. When I drop this last pumping session at the end of the month, I hope to start doing stairs during my lunch break.

2) Just skip the workouts on the days you choose as rest days (one/week)
3) Extend your work out to 34 days, and make up your 4 rest days at the end
