My LO used to be pretty scheduled.. Asleep by 9, wake twice, wouldn't be ready to get up until 9 am. Not so much anymore. Down by 10, wakes up four times, then ready by 7am. He's never been much of a daytime napper.
My lo is turning 4 months on Sunday and she has good and bad nights. It got really bad before Christmas and it's leveling out but I'm afraid I have more to come. Hang in there.
Yep...19 weeks here. Been going on for 3 weeks. One legit wakeup to eat. The rest I'm convinced are because he can roll from back to tummy but not tummy to back. So tired.
I think teeth are the culprit for us- it's been over a month now, although some nights are definitely better than others. I could have set a clock by her wakeups before this and now she's all over the place. The 5 am wakeups are the worst! Going back to work on Monday and getting ready is going to be a struggle with that timing
Yes. DS used to go down at 7-8 and would wake up at 1 and then 6 and would stay asleep until 9 now he goes to bed at 9 and wakes up so much at night and is ready to go for the day at 6-7! I miss sleep.
I feel like I have a newborn again too! It started a few nights ago, up every 2 hours to nurse. How long can this last? I'm sooo exhausted. She's 5 months on Friday!
I just posted in the inconsolable teether thread. I don't know what the deal is with DS. I didn't know the regression was a real thing so I thought it was teething but I honestly cannot tell the difference. All I know is I am exhausted and don't know if I should start transitioning into crib or keep him next to the bed for my own selfish reasons.
So glad it's not just us. Her sleeping isn't too bad but nowhere near as good as it used to be. She also thrashes around a lot which I'm putting down to teething niggles. First two came through this week. I don't dream feed. Tried it once but didn't make a difference. Does anyone find it helps?
Yes, we're at a month of this. Have had a few nights with just one waking, but mostly more...many, many more! Have been bringing him into bed in the mornings when he has the hardest time and I just need to lie down. That keeps me sane and he sleeps much better.

I think we are in week 3. I lost my official count. He wakes at least once per night (usually 2-3)... and is SO hard to get him down to sleep. At first I was dealing reasonably well but I can tell it's wearing on my functioning ability.
Re: Anybody still stuck in the 4 mo sleep regression?
