Hi ladies, hope everyone is well! Since I haven't seen any in labor posts I assume you are all still with us! My pregnancy brain is in full blown mode. I was watching the board saying, "when is the Wednesday check in going to be posted?" :P
Just a reminder that this is a weekly check-in for those of us who start a new week of pregnancy today. If you are new, please feel free to jump in, give us your EDD, and welcome!
How far along are you/fruit/EDD?
How are you feeling? Symptoms?
Any appointments coming up?
Anything you need T&P for?
GTKY: What is your biggest fear during this pregnancy, and what is your biggest excitement?
Re: *Wednesday ticker change check in*
Thanks for the check-in @shandorfml2!
How far along are you/fruit/EDD? 7 weeks today, blueberry, 8/26
How are you feeling? Symptoms? Pretty good. I've been having some night nausea, so hopefully that's a good sign.
Any appointments coming up? Next Wednesday I have my 8 week ultrasound. Oh how I wish I could fast forward one week...
Anything you need T&P for? Just T&Ps for my ultrasound if you don't mind. Baby measured a couple days behind at my 6w2d ultrasound, so send me some positive vibes for consistent growth and an increased heart rate.
GTKY: What is your biggest fear during this pregnancy, and what is your biggest excitement? My biggest fear is undoubtedly loss, particularly stillbirth. I can't go through that again. My biggest excitement is getting to give my 3 year old DS a baby that we can bring home. Letting him hold a living, breathing sibling makes me all kinds of excited.
October 2011 - DS (7)
July 2014 - Stillborn DD (24 weeks)
August 2015 - DD (3)
April 2018 - 5 week loss
@cheesypeas I am sending you all kinds of positive vibes! Remember it's normal for u/s to be a few days off.
AFM:
How far along are you/fruit/EDD? 25weeks, cauliflower? 4/22
How are you feeling? Symptoms? tired, still pee a lot though it seems to be slowing down at night (maybe only twice now!). I have been getting pins and needles in my boobs. The freezing cold weather here in new England isn't helping!
Any appointments coming up? I am seeing a midwife on Jan 16th. I was originally seeing my OB, but she had an emergency and is out next week. Cue freak out. I am concerned this CNM will not know my case, or take the time to read my file (this happened once before). I am nervous because this month we were discussing the next steps, which include GD testing, blood work, ultrasounds and moving into weekly appointments. If it doesn't go well, I think I will just request to meet with my OB around week 28, since that's when all our testing/switching to weekly u/s and apts was going to start.
Anything you need T&P for?Just getting through this funk I am in. I've had some increased moodiness and depression, but I think that's pregnancy combined with my grief of losing my Mom.
GTKY: What is your biggest fear during this pregnancy, and what is your biggest excitement? Fear that I will lose the baby, or lose my mind during this pregnancy! haha. Biggest excitement...holding him, alive, breathing and crying! I am very much looking forward to baby snuggles. I feel like once he is born he will be safer.

Thanks for the check in!
I'm finally back at work, so I'm finally at a computer that I can post!
How far along are you/fruit/EDD? 32 weeks/squash/March 4
How are you feeling? Symptoms? Feeling pretty good. Heartburn and fatigue, but nothing I can't handle
Any appointments coming up? Not this week
Anything you need T&P for? Everything with the pregnancy is going well. What would be our son's first birthday is coming up on Sunday, so that will be a really hard day.
GTKY: What is your biggest fear during this pregnancy, and what is your biggest excitement? Biggest fear is losing another baby. I now know way more about all the things that can happen, and they terrify me. Biggest excitement is finally having a baby at home! It was amazing having our son at home for a short time, and I can't wait to have our daughter with us forever.

Symptoms: Not a whole lot which freaks me out. Big boobs and mild ms in the morning.
No appts coming up. I'll have my first u/s on 1/19.
Anything you need T&P for?: Just hoping to relax a bit and let whatever happens happen.
GTKY: I have two. First that I'd have another miscarriage and second, if I do miscarry, that I'd crumble.

How are you feeling? Symptoms?
SSDD. :P everything has been completely boring. nothing going on but BH here and there when i'm active or if i have to pee, lol.
Any appointments coming up?
appointment at 11am today. i think my OB felt sorry for me because he changed the numbers juuuuuuuuust a little when he checked me. i've been 1cm and 50% effaced since 36w and today he told me that i'm 1.5cm and 60%. haha! he offered to stretch me a little and i declined. scheduled for a biophysical profile, NST, and checkup for my EDD in a week.
Anything you need T&P for?
just that things stay healthy. PgAL brain has been jacking with me a bit more lately, especially since she doesn't move as much these days (which i know is totally normal...it still freaks me out though).
GTKY: What is your biggest fear during this pregnancy, and what is your biggest excitement?
biggest fear has been that i'll lose her, or someone. when i had DS, my husband passed away when i was partway through the 3T, so i went from fearing i was going to lose SO at some point as well to fearing that since i got to keep him, something bad might happen to beanie. it's completely irrational. my biggest excitement has been the anticipation of coming out the other side safely (for both of us) and getting to see SO hold his baby girl and fall in love, the way i never got to with LH and DS.

@shandorfml2 - thanks so much for the check-in! i hope the CNM reads your file and can help you with your concerns. T&P that you can get through your "funk"...but don't put too much pressure on yourself. grief is hard, and i'm sure being in the middle of pregnancy AND the middle of winter isn't helping. (((big hugs)))
@CheesyPeas - welcome to the check-in! or, i think welcome? i don't remember seeing you last week...if i missed it, i'm sorry! nausea is pretty reassuring.
@erinel - welcome back! (((big hugs))) and T&P for strength and peace getting through sunday. what a tough time.
@sandj918 - welcome to the check-in! lack of symptoms is freaky, but 5w may still be too early for symptoms, and if you're like me you may never really have any besides fatigue. hopefully you get just enough to reassure you but not enough to make you miserable! good luck at your u/s in a couple weeks!
@mmheartspb - happy EDD! or, happy as it can be since i know you're tired and uncomfortable. and yay for a little bit of progress! i hope olivia decides it's time to come out before you have to get induced, but if it comes down to it, that little bit of progress will make it so much easier, from what i've been told. T&P that your u/s goes well and that she's safe in your arms before you know it! i know you've got this.
