Birth after pains

Hi all, after some advice from mummy's who have had their babies. I had my little lad 9 weeks ago today, now I expected the back pain as I've always had a back issue anyway but I didn't expect the burning when I go to the toilet, which I have been to the doctors about and was put on antibiotics but they didn't work. And also my stomach is still really painful it is the same feeling as when I first went into labour. Has anyone else had this? I keep getting told it's just soft tummy muscles but it feels more internal then just muscular. Anyone got any ideas? All help appreciated.

If you're still having burning while peeing go back to the doctor. You could still be dealing with a UTI. If they didn't culture your urine, it's possible the antibiotic they put you on was resistant to whatever bacteria that's in your urine.

No advice on the stomach or back pain. Abdominal and back pain can be associated with UTIs though.
