  I would call the nurses line now, just because you have a history of a shortened cervix. That's what they are there for.

  Given your history, this deserve a call to your doc.

  
  

  But given that I have absolutely no medical training, you are most likely experiencing fun pregnancy discharge called leukorrhea.  Basically lots of mucusy stuff is going to come out without it being your mucus plug.

  
  

  But again, if I had a history of cervix issues, you bet I would be calling my doc tonight to put my mind at ease.
