I can use this right? I'm so stuffed up I can't breathe, and tonight will be horrible if I can't sleep. It's the only thing I have in the house but don't remember using it last time.

I know yall aren't doctors, but what would you do?

    I don't see why not. It's like having a cough drop without sucking on anything. In my opinion, a neti pot is the best all-natural decongestant ever! Get yourself one tomorrow!

    Thanks! I've never used a Neti pot. I don't even know what it does lol.

    I did something googling and Vicks appears safe. I'm hyper paranoid about medication during pregnancy for some reason.
