3 month old doesnt turn head to noise

Hey everyone,
I'm wondering if your little one is also experiencing this? I have a doctor appointment set up in the next two weeks to address this but wanted to see if others have this issue too. My little guy will turn his head if the object is in his line of view but if he can't see it, he doesn't look for it.

    DS does the same thing but I have passed it off as he's just too distracted by other things going on and loses attention in the toy. At other times it seems he will follow sounds so I haven't worried about it.

    Have you still been watching his face? Sometimes it takes our LO a while to follow the noise (if he does at all), but his face reacts to it immediately no matter which way he is looking.

    Yes, I watch his face. Sometimes he doesn't react at all. If he doesn't react, it's usually when he is playing or looking at something he is interested in. I just assume he would take interest in the new sound instead of continuing to carry on doing his thing.
