I didnt do the predictor but I was just reading up on eye and hair color! My baby has a 50/50 chance for blue or green eyes. Our kids will never have brown eyes. Hair color is way more difficult to predict.
My H and I, and both our parents, have blue eyes and either blonde or light brown hair when younger. So we are expecting a blonde, blue eyed, pasty white skinned baby.
I had black hair that turned blonde within the first year. My father had blonde hair that turned almost black when he was older. All of us except for my father are light to fair complected, my father is light to medium olive completed. My grandmother had brown eyes, dark hair and both grandparents had dark (olive) skin.
I am irrationally nervous that our son will have olive skin black hair and brown eyes. Not because he won't be lovely no matter what he looks like but my H was told he has low motility and every once in a while asks if I secretly used donor sperm. Of course I didn't and he is joking but I don't feel like having to deal with the joke after birth.

I want this one to be a red head so bad, but not so sure that will happen.
Red hair would be fucking gorgeous. Do you or dh have red hair?
Im still having such a hard time putting peoples fb to their bump names,but I was surprised how many red heads we have in the group. I cant wait to see all the babies :x
My DH is adopted too. He has blue eyes and I have brown. I only have one grandparent with brown eyes tho. I think it's pretty likely baby will have blue eyes.
I have blue eyes, DH has brown eyes. He's mixed, as are his parents, grandparents, greatgrandparents...but apparently someone in the family had blue eyes; I fully expected DD to have brown eyes, but hers are blue and they've stayed blue!
I was really surprised when DS eyes stayed blue too! I have brown and DH has blue and I just assumed my darker coloring would dominate. I wonder what this one will be...
You're heterozygous
Bb = you.
B=brown
b=blue
In your case your brown 'covers up' your blue. But you passed on "b" to your son. Since your DH can only pass on "b" your son is "bb".
This is my h and me! I have blue(gray really) and he has brown, but his dad's eyes are blue. I'm hoping so bad that at least one of our kids gets blue eyes.
SO and I both have brown but we both have a blue eyed parent and he has a green eyed sister, come to think of it she is actually only his half sister so this might not actually be totally accurate lol She will almost def have brown hair but I would love a blue-eyed brown haired baby

It's my sister (blue) and her DH (brown) too. Her daughter has brown eyes and one of the twins has brown eyes but the other has blue.
Everyone always tells me that we'll never have a blue eyed child, but I'm like, no I took basic biology, I know how it works, and there is a chance!
@etoille nerds unite! I look for those things too lol. My mom and sister have very noticeable widows peaks, and I sometimes feel like I do, and sometimes feel like I don't, so this lo may or may not have one. She'll definitely have brown hair though, cause DH and I both do, and all of our parents and grandparents do as well.
Can I just say how sad I am that this doesn't work on mobile! I wanna play! SO and I as well as DS have brown eyes, but both my dad and SOs dad have blue eyes (in fact everyone on our dads sides have blue eyes) so maybe a chance for blue eyes?
I have blue eyes and H has green eyes. My mom has green eyes and my dad had blue. My brother has green eyes.
H shaves his head, but his hair, what's left of it, is blonde and my hair is (naturally) dark brown. We both have very fair skin.
My grandmother on my mother's side was a true redhead and my cousins kids (on my mother's side) have red hair. H has a very red, bushy beard, so its possible that our daughter could have red hair.
This is interesting. My parents, sister, brother, and myself all have blue eyes, but all 5 of us have different shades of blue. I have a picture of us from my childhood and it's really striking how different our eye colors are - although all shades of blue.
My mother's eye doctor also once said that the color of hair is determined by or can be known by the cones in the eyes. Just wondering if anyone else has heard that.
Both my fiancé and I have black hair and brown eyes, so baby girl will be black haired and brown eyed. My fiancé has really pretty light brown eyes though so I hope she gets his shade of brown
So depending on whether my hazel eyes are green or brown (they're green/gold/brown so who knows), my LO is either 5.1% blue, 8.5% green, 86.3% brown or 10% blue, 23.3% green, 66.6% brown.
I'm hoping for hazel eyes on her with DH's beautiful thick Italian hair.
We both have green eyes and a sibling with blue eyes. I had blue eyes until I was 7, at which point they turned green. His daughter's eyes were a clear clear blue until this last year and they are starting to tinge green. Her mom also has green eyes.
My husband is the only one in his family (for 3 generations) to have green eyes (his twin sister has brown eyes). I have hazel eyes. Our daughter has green eyes, so I'm interested to see what this daughter will have.

----qb--- Ive never heard this, what does he mean? Do you know an example scenario?
@ruemorgan - my mother had light hair as a young child but brown to dark brown as she got older. She never would have been called a blonde. Her eye doctor said that her hair color was genetically blonde - just an extremely dark shade - and he could tell that by - I think she said - the cones in her eyes. I hope that makes sense. It made sense to us because we all have different shades of brown and blonde hair - so it made sense that my mom's hair was really a very dark shade of blonde
@Skrittens I think I understand. Ive been searching in google. I cant find anything specific but ive learned more about the human eye in the last ten minutes than I ever thought I would. Like cones and rods, what ARE those? Color blindness makes a lot of sense now. Ha

No there's no button for me either

Sooooo LO has 100% for blue. And damn, I was really hoping my mom's green eyes had a fighting chance but me, dad, DH, MIL & FIL are all blue.
The predictor doesn't account for DS's eyes. They are 1.5 hazel and .5 brown. His left eye is half brown.
