I had an appointment today and I barely heard my name get called because there was suddenly a rush of people up to the desk all at the same time (everyone from patients to random delivery guys to people who got lost and were in the wrong building). My personal favorite? A couple who was seriously pissed off and was ranting at one of the receptionists because apparently they had the Panorama blood test done, and they KNOW for a FACT, one hundred PERCENT that they checked the box to tell them their baby's "gender" and it wasn't included in the results.
Assuming that everything else with the blood test came back normal...dude, seriously? I get being disappointed thinking you were going to find out and you didn't (especially if it was an oversight or a lab screw-up), but it's not like this is going to be one of the great unsolved mysteries of the ages. Wait a couple weeks (or a few more months) and all will be revealed.
I wonder if they'll pop up asking opinions about the "gender" of their ultrasound pictures....
Re: Sooo that really happened (in the waiting room)
Sure, I can understand their annoyance. But certainly not throwing a tantrum at a doctors office. You know, where people are trying to receive medical care.
2nd round exp 8/20/18.
