Babies: 3 - 6 Months

Any teeth yet?

Anyone have little teeth coming in yet? I've been wondering if our LO is teething, the drool is more than I can keep up with, and everything goes straight into his mouth. At his 4 month check up last week the pediatrician said she didn't see any teeth coming in, without me even mentioning anything. He has been on again off again lately with a rashy chin. Anyways today he started tongue thrusting, it's like he's trying to feel if anything is there. He's been really not interested in eating today, and lately he chews on the nipple rather than sucking his food down. Kind of irritable tonight, but could just be fighting sleep. His chin is rashy again tonight. Could just be normal baby stuff, any thoughts or experience?

  • DD will be 5months on the 28th and she has a bottom tooth starting to poke through. Drooling all the time, she basically has to wear a bib constantly and she is always chewing on her fingers or trying to chew on my hands. Lately, she has also been pushing her tongue down to feel whats going on and it kind of makes it look like she's pouting. No clue how long it will take for this tooth to actually come through all the way, but it's visible - just below the surface!

  • DD is 5 months 12 days now and still not a sight of a tooth, the pedi checked her yesterday and said we might have a month or two to go!!!

She's been drooling excessivly since 1 month old and it got even worse now, we have to constantly change her bibs because they get soaked so quickly, she's been gnewing on everything and anything so hard, very irratible and calms down when we use the teething gell or when she gnews on something hard and cold and the doc is telling me we will have 1-2 months of this before a tooth comes out!

  • Ds 6m has been putting everything in his mouth biting etc n drooling lots but no sign of any teeth yet. He started when he was around 3 months
  • I have a very early teether. Two bottom teeth just poked through at 14 weeks. Wild! But this definitely explains his fussiness over the past few weeks, poor guy!!
  • Four month old DS's bottom teeth are visible under the gum but have not broken through yet. He's drooling and chewing his hands and anything he can fit in his mouth.
  • DD is 14 weeks old and I think I can see the top of her 2 bottom teeth through her gums. She has been chewing on anything and everything for about 2 weeks and drooling non-stop. We'll see!
  • I am pretty sure my daughter( she is 5 months) had 4 bottom teeth coming in at once. I see the doctor on Friday so he will tell me if i am crazy or not.
