Oh well, FX for a good scan!

I'm in bleeding limbo ladies. Freaked out! Started spotting, now light bleeding but very mild cramps this afternoon. Spoke to the RE nurse and she said stick with Friday's 6w ultrasound but in meantime, rest, hydrate and go to the ER if cramping gets very painful and/or very heavy bleeding. I was having no spotting up until today and now am concerned. Please pray for sticky baby and heartbeat on Friday! It's at 8am so at least I won't have to wait.
We are team green. Natural BFP. It's all in my Siggy. Today is 5w5d.
TTC#1 since Aug 2013, I'm 37, DH 41.
Maya Arvigo Abdominal massage (daily self care), plus TTC meditations.
I'm very sensitive to diet (gluten, avoid processed foods) and environment. Have a history of inflammation and tendinitis before going off gluten in 2009.
July 2014 - RE Visit #1: Eggs look good, Endometrioma on R ovary, HSG showed blocked R tube close to ovary. DH SA normal
DX: Endometriosis probably the IF cause and gunking up tubes. Since egg reserve is high, RE says I can wait a couple months and then get laproscopic surgery to remove endo & clear tube. If that doesn't help then move to IVF.
Dec 2014 - Saw new RE - does not recommend surgery on tube as it isn't likely to help. Doubts I have endometriosis. My endometrioma shrunk to neglible size (yay!)
@Radiantly - I am so sorry you're scared! There's lots of early spotting/cramping success stories, but I imagine it's absolutely petrifying.
AFM, 38w1d. Really uncomfortable at the moment, so NYE will involve laying on my new couch and lots of whining from me. Contractions keep coming but nothing regular enough to go in for yet. I am 2 cm dilated and 75% effaced and fully engaged as of this morning's appointment, and I feel a ton of pressure. Hoping by next week's check in, I have an outside baby to AW! I am feeling ready and at peace, not afraid, just excited. And just really, really ready for this momentous event! I am just so filled with gratitude to be at this point, even waiting doesn't feel so bad. But obviously I would love if my little guy was ready to come out to meet us soon!
For the check-in: We are expecting our baby boy anytime now, due date is Jan 13th, and he was conceived in April via Follistim & IUI #3 (following an unmedicated IUI, a Femara & Follistim TI cycle, and a Femara & Follistim IUI, all BFNs officially, possibly a c/p that F&F IUI). Our diagnosis was unexplained, though we may have had some mild male factor to compensate for.
QOTW: No real resolution - this year is going to bring a lot of change just naturally so I hope to weather the changes gracefully, to be a fabulous Mom and wife and daughter and sister and friend.
I am mobile bumping so bear with me. @radiantly I hope your spotting stops and everything is ok!
How far along are you? 5w4d
Do you know the gender? Nope, I want to know but DH does not... so still undecided yet. I think he will cave! We have agreed on names though, surprisingly!
How many babies are you expecting? No clue- could be multiples since I released more than one follie.
What was your diagnosis? PCOS
What treatment worked for you to finally get your BFP? 3rd medicated cycle, 2nd with letrozole + trigger + TI and I will second what @hbanana18 said- my BFP was right after my HSG... I was told that there was a slightly higher chance for conception after an HSG by both my RE and radiologist who did it... they should really do a retrospective study on that!
As for tonight, we just arrived at my dad's house in Houston for the weekend... will most likely just watch a movie and lay low! I've been feeling better this week. Less nausea. I think I found the culprit- dairy...more specifically cheese makes me nauseous and I love cheese!!
Miss yall, I've been lurking often. August 15 moms are kinda crazy and mean... I plan to intro over on PAIF once we have an US on Jan 13th! Happy New Year 3T!
Edit:mobile bumping is hard...

Hi ladies! I'm exactly 9 weeks today. We had a vanishing twin, so we are expecting one baby. We don't know the sex yet, but we will find out.
My diagnosis was hyperprolactinemia, tubal factor, and possible borderline PCOS. IVF #1 got us this BFP after 2 Clomid IUIs that failed and one injects IUI that ended in ectopic pregnancy.
More than anything, I'm incredibly tired. I do have some other symptoms too, but that is the most impactful by far. We have our final ultrasound with the RE on Monday at 9w5d, and my first OB appointment is a week later!
QOTW: For NYE we are having appetizers and playing board games! It's almost 10:30pm and I'm resting on the couch between games in hopes I can make it until midnight. :-P

Thanks for your prayers! The spotting has stopped, just a teeny bit of brown when I wipe. All in all it was red blood just enough for some spotting on te pad and bright red when I wiped for about 4 hours. I did a have a couple of sharp pang cramps in vaginal area (different from the ovary twinges). Plan to stay bedridden today though. Will update tomorrow after US.

Hi everyone! Happy New Year! Thanks for posting the check-in!
How far along? I'm 23w6d today!
We are expecting one baby and it's a boy!
What was your diagnosis? I was diagnosed with PCOS (due to cysts on ovaries and hormone levels)/anovulatory cycles.
What treatment worked? We had success with femara+trigger shot+TI. Also, as some pps mentioned this was the same cycle I had my HSG (I triggered 4 days later).
I am feeling pretty good lately. I've found that I'm feeling lots of kicks throughout the day and that helps to calm my nerves I think now. I have a check-up today actually! I am starting the task of figuring out birthing classes and stuff like that now.
We visited a couple married friends for NyE early then had a relaxing evening at home just DH and me. I actually didn't really enjoy the friend time; one couple got pregnant very easily and I found that even though I'm pregnant now it still annoys me how she talks about it all so flippantly. She was saying, "oh for baby #2 I'm not going to count any days so it won't take as long" (I think they said it took 3 months for baby 1!!!) Very annoying; I figured you ladies would understand this emotion. It really is hard how the IF feelings change you and last for a long time.
@triathlete23 GL at your appointment! My first appointment was right at 6w too and they warned me that it might be too early to see anything but we could see the heartbeat. If it is too early I'm sure they will let you come back again for another one! My RE was very accommodating!
@Radiantly I'm sorry you're going through this right now! I hope your appointment today goes well! fX!
@lebradford I'm sorry about the vanishing twin. GL at your upcoming appointments!
I've been lurking you all and sending you lots of positive thoughts for 2015!
LindseyM; I didn't want to tag or send you a message in case it would be hard for you but I am really sorry for your bfn. I was almost stalking you to find out and was hoping so much that this cycle would work for you. Sending you lots of hugs!

I'm either going back in 1 or 2 weeks waiting for a callback to clarify. Dr said 2 weeks but voicemail from nurse after with the bloodwork said 1 week. No pic but next time will get one!

@catlover790 How are you 23 weeks already? It feels like just yesterday you got your BFP.
Time has really gone by so quickly! I don't think I really was able to relax until 16w so I feel like that has made it feel shorter too. I really need to start preparing more!
In lurking I was so worried about your kitty but I'm glad he's doing better! I hope time flies for both of us until spring!

Off birth control March 2012 - Actively trying Sept 2012-April 2014
BFP on May 5th after Follistim & IUI #3
-How far along are you? 8 weeks today!
-Do you know the gender? Too early but we will find out as soon as we can.
-How many babies are you expecting? One single baby in there
-What was your diagnosis? PCOS, fibroids
-What treatment worked for you to finally get your BFP? 5mg Letrozole+trigger injection+TI
-How are you feeling? Stressed. Trying not to be but every new feeling has me worried. I've had a lot of cramping the last few days. Just trying to take it easy and lay around the house.
-Have any important dr appts? My next u/s is 1/9. So just holding out until then.
QOTW: We just went to a close friends house last night and shoved our faces with food and hung out! My resolution is to stop spending money on unnecessary things and put more in savings!

@ky29 GL at your scan!
@SND1231 Hope you're enjoying your cruise!
@triathlete23 GL at your appointment! My first appointment was right at 6w too and they warned me that it might be too early to see anything but we could see the heartbeat. If it is too early I'm sure they will let you come back again for another one! My RE was very accommodating!
@CarSaidYes Hope you have a fun reveal!
Me: 28 MH:35
Married September 2012. TTC since September 2013
June 2014 - Dx w/ significant PCOS and referred to RE.
July/August 2014 - Testing complete: Testosterone & AMH very high, FSH slightly high, Vitamin D low, tubes and lining all lovely. DH SA: A+
Cycle 1 (Nov 2014): 2.5 mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI = BFN
Cycle 2 (Dec 2014): 5 mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI - BFN
Cycle 3 (Jan 2015): 5mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI - BFN
WTF consult scheduled for 1/29
I had my first ultrasound today at 6w0d and we are good! Single baby, in a good position, gestational sac and yolk sac but too early for a fetus and heartbeat. I'm either going back in 1 or 2 weeks waiting for a callback to clarify. Dr said 2 weeks but voicemail from nurse after with the bloodwork said 1 week. No pic but next time will get one!
HCG 27,000 and progesterone 17. Prog was 24 on dec 23 I wonder if that is a problem and why the nurse said 1 week. I refuse to worry!!!
Time has really gone by so quickly! I don't think I really was able to relax until 16w so I feel like that has made it feel shorter too. I really need to start preparing more!
In lurking I was so worried about your kitty but I'm glad he's doing better! I hope time flies for both of us until spring!
I don't know where time has gone either! It feels like these 9 months took only 2 months to pass, honestly.
And I hope I can pass on the pregnancy juju to someone, you're welcome to it!
