Sara, but I'm biased. The h is an unnecessary extra letter IMO.

I like Sarah, the 'h' is the Hebrew spelling. My dd has a Hebrew-origin name also and I used the h (Adah). So I'm a bit biased. Both Sara and Sarah are quite nice.

Could you choose a spelling based on heritage? For example, my sister and grandmother use the spelling without an H to honor our Spanish ancestry.
