PSA Breath right strips

Dunno if anyone else has the pregnancy perpetual stuffy nose, but I have for months.  A few months ago DH was joking about getting me these cause I snore now (so does he) but we are lazy and never did anything about it. Last night unpacking we found breatright strips he had from a while ago and both used them. OMG. Amazing. I've been waking myself up sometimes kindof half snore/half coughing from the way I breath (or don't) and these things are phenomenal. I could actually feel how much better I could breath as soon as I put it on and this morning when I took it off, my nose went back to its normal kindof closed swollen feeling.  Pretty sure it kept DH from snoring also, but I don't really know, cause I slept the best I have in a really long time.  I'm in love.

    I have been using these on and off, but I really hate them lol. I agree that they work, but I feel like they get so itchy. I usually rip it off in the middle of the night when I wake up to pee.

    I'll have to give them a try. My nose is constantly stuffed up and although I don't think I snore (FI has never said anything), I do wake up with very chapped lips because I breath through my mouth all night, not my nose. Thanks for the tip!

    I was worried about that, or that they would just be uncomfortable in general, but for me at least they were great :)

    I have been using these every night for the last month. I hate the way they feel, but they have been a big help with the stuffiness and breathing.

    i used these a couple weeks ago for a cold. they definitely helped, but holy cow did they hurt my nose. those suckers are strong.
