I never thought I'd make it this far. 10 months. Whoo hoo. I still have plenty of milk to BF her in the morning and maybe 2 more times during the day. I have always pumped after the first morning feeding and after the last feeding and gotten anywhere from 1.5-3 oz each time. Now I get about a half an ounce each session. To me, it's not worth the 30 minutes of pumping each day to get an ounce. Should I stop? I don't really want it to make my supply worse. I don't know what to do. I was hoping to start weaning at 11 months, not 10.
Also, when should I start introducing cow's milk? Pedi said around 11 months is fine. Do you just give it in a bottle like BM or formula? Pedi said she needs 12-16oz of fluids per day. And it has to be whole milk correct?
Re: Supply dropping...keep pumping?
Could AF be approaching? I notice a supply drop around that time.
I'm not sure about cow's milk. I was planning on waiting until DS is a year. But yes, it should be whole milk.
