ok so yes I'm the girl who previously posted about my slippery nipple and I promise in advance this will be my last nipple telated post.
I've been EBF my LO for about a week. (He's 6w 5d but was 4 weeks early and so I was previously pumping and supplementing.) In the last few days, I've noticed a small white spot on the tip of my right nipple and I have aching pain on the outer side on my right boob. It feels like a heavy sort of tugging feeling. I have a follow up appointment with a LC on Tuesday unrelated to this issue but I do plan to have her check things out when I'm there.
I'm still nursing and it doesn't hurt my nipple to do so, but I do feel more of that aching pulling feeling on the outside of my boob when he sucks. I have read a ton online but can't get a clear sense of what might be happening- hence the title of my post. Anyone have a similar issue?
