cramps

So today I am 15 weeks and I have had slight vaginal cramping and my o.b said it was normal because of the baby growing and my uterus stretching. Now that I'm getting further along in my pregnancy it feels as if the are more sharp and happen more often and I just wanted to know if any other mother to be is or has experienced what I am experiencing now??

I am 16w5d. I am currently dealing with mild cramping. Very much like a few days before my period. Again, very mild. I had a heartbeat appointment last Tuesday and everything was fine. I will have a elective gender ultrasound this Wednesday.

This is my third pregnancy but I had a loss with my second.

All my doctors have said to me, if the cramping is severe and/or associated with bleeding, call them immediately or go to the ER.
