Sorry if this is a repeat, I searched for a post but didn't find anything on my phone. Just wondering when you started to show with your first. I'm almost 15 weeks and not really showing much but am not sure when to expect to show.
I've heard women who are tall show later- I'm 5'8" so I have no idea when I'll show. I wish I would soon though
I don't think height has much to do with it. The main factors are going to be the length of your torso - which isn't related to height and the strength of your stomach muscles.
At 18 weeks first time around it was super obvious to me and DH that I was pregnant, but it wasn't till closer to 20 that other people started to notice. This time around I'm almost 19 weeks and look more like I did at 16 weeks last time.

Yeah definitely true. I had seen that about tall women somewhere and my guess is that it's because tall women are (most of the time) going to have a longer torso than a shorter woman. I feel like most women I've seen who show earlier are a little bit more petite.
Ok, so it sounds like it's totally normal to not really be showing at 15 weeks!
I am 5'8" with a very long torso and one of my patients didn't believe me the other day when I said I was almost 16 weeks..... I said.... No really I'm sure it's in there!!!! So yeah I'm not showing at ALL
I'm 5'3" with a short torso but I also have very tight ab muscles (my gyno always comments on this when she attempts to do internal exams and I do a lot of pilates) so I have no idea where I'll be. 15w5d now and I just look like I ate too many Christmas cookies (which I did). I can still get into my non pregnant jeans though they get uncomfortable by the end of the day as I get more bloated.
I am looking forward to looking pregnant rather than like a fatty though. Soon I hope!
Wasn't showing AT ALL until 2 days ago. Out of no where a bump popped out overnight. Still not enough for a random person to think I'm pregnant but enough that my husband and coworkers noticed when I was changing out of my scrubs. I'm almost 18w and 6'0".

Sorry for the poor man's siggy...ticker won't load regardless of how many tips I read.
I agree with @Silv3rlining ... I had a bump at about 17 weeks or so with my first. Because it was such a drastic difference to me I thought I was huge... Lol. It's hysterical to look back at the pics now because honestly the average person probably couldn't tell if I was pregnant or not. It wasn't until probably 25 weeks that I got to that "oh look at that pregnant lady" point instead of the "is that girl pregnant or just awkwardly pudgy?" point.
Tall FTM here. I was showing around 14 weeks but really "popped" around 17. Now the bump is hard and I'm uncomfortable on my stomach. Before then I think it was just bloat!
So hard to pinpont because I had major bloat going from 7 weeks. Rough estimate would be 14 weeks when it felt firmer and wasn't disappearing after sleeping.
I'm 5'2" and have a ridiculously disproportionately short torso haha.. like my sister is 5'7" and our legs are the same length. Its definitely different for every person every time!!
I'm the exact opposite of you. I'm only 5'3, but all torso. Seated I'm the same height as my 6'2" husband. People are always surprised by how short I am when I stand up.
Around 20-22 weeks last time. I'm 15 lbs heavier beginning this pregnancy, so I probably look like I'm showing, but I know it's not baby, just squish lol. I let people think it's the baby though. Might as well let people assume I'm skinnier than I really am
I'm 15 weeks, 3 days and 5'6" and I absolutely have a bump. H actually noticed it when I was changing in Monday. I'm a little chubby, but it's not chub or bloat or poo!
I feel "big" but I know when I look back I'll laugh at myself.
around 11-12 weeks with both. I'm short and even though I have a normal length torso, the babes have no place to go. I think it also depends on how tour uterus is positioned. I knew a woman who was 22 weeks and it looked like she had a big lunch.
I'm 17w 4d and have a definite pregnant belly.
My bump measured accurately throughout my last pregnancy until 36 weeks, so who knows???
FTM - 18weeks tomorrow, I am definitely showing and started to around 16-ish weeks. Unless I wear something baggy, I know strangers can tell by the looks I get and occasional comments, but I'm still small enough that most people know better than to say anything for the fear of being wrong. (On Christmas I was told I look like I'm having a litter by my SMIL and HBIL who is 11 very rudely expressed his shock at the fact that I'm having a single birth not twins so I kind of like that I'm still at a stage that most people don't comment on yet.) But everyone is different, I'm not sure if body type has much to do with it, but I'm 5"7, weighing 115 pre-pregnancy so I'm like petite but tall at the same time (pp- size 0-1 jeans, sm/m tops).
Shouldn't say stuff like this, FTM might actually start/keep thinking they are showing at 6 weeks
I just about peed...again...LOL pretty sure you can't show when your baby is the size of a speck...but who knows, she could be giving birth to an extra special snowflake.
Probably 15-18 weeks. I didn't take weekly photos but I remember by the time I was 20 weeks and got my ultrasound I was looking pregnant instead of fat.
I'm 17 weeks right now and the only thing that looks noticeably different is my boobs. I'm 5'9" and normally 225 lbs and I get worried because I don't feel like I'm growing all that much.
I am a FTM and I was looking to see how you can feel the womb I haven't felt any baby movement yet only gas, I was chubby before we conceived and when I lay down right above my pelvis there's not really much of a bump or anything so i don't know if I'm feeling in the wrong spot or what, but I started to feel to see if I could feel the pear shape of my uterus, and I don't, Nor do I feel really anything, but I could be feeling in the wrong spot. I know everyone's anatomy is different but when I'm standing I can feel sort of the pear shape or at least, what I think is my uterus and my bump, I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advise? I go to the doctors on Monday January 5th, I will talk to him about it also, Thank you
18 weeks and no noticeable bump. Still in my regular jeans at this point (only ever wear those stretchy legging type non-button fly ones anyway) but I'm feeling its nearly time for the mat pants just cos the tummy is rock hard and jeans are starting to bug me.
I'm 18 weeks 4 days. DH and I can tell I'm pregnant because my abs have lost their definition but most others would not be able to tell- it just looks like I ate too many Christmas cookies.

I'm 18 weeks now and there is no mistaking the belly.
