  I'm picking us up chipotle after my hair appointment! I'm all about not cooking on the weekends, we do pizza night on Fridays and usually takeout or my dh cooks on Saturdays!

  I have a beef butt roast with potatoes, carrots and celery in the crock pot. It smells good, so hopefully it isn't dry.

  So, my chicken parm balls turned out pretty good but they were a pain in the butt to make. Tomorrow's meal will be a lot less involved.

  My dinner wasn't good, probably the worst cut of roast ever. Bone in the middle of it and very fatty. So I'm snacking on animal crackers.
  
  I'm going to try pepperoni pizza soup tomorrow night, but I'm paranoid it wont be as good as I'm hoping, resulting in 2 bad dinners in a row. Blah.
