A couple months ago it used to be 10:00ish and he'd still wake up at 6:30ish. At that point I was worried he wasn't getting enough sleep because he hardly naps. We've managed to get him down closer to 8:30 but it usually ends up being 9. Currently he sleeps about 10-11 hours each night. His schedule is off because of my school vacation and we're not sending him to daycare.
For a typical week he wakes up at 6-6:30am so I'd like to have him in his crib at 8. We're getting there.
8:00pm for us. We usually can't eat dinner until around 6pm because of DH's work schedule, so we eat dinner together, have a little chill-time, then start getting ready for bed around 7:15 so she is in bed by 8. Generally wakes up between 6-7.
These past two weeks have been a little off with winter break but during school she is up at 6:30 and usually we start bed time routine around 6/6:30 and she is always in bed prior to 7. Last night I tried moving her bedtime back closer to this in hopes she would wake earlier. Put her to be at 7 and she didn't get up till 8 and really only because I was noisy. I think I will have to set an alarm for the next few days to get her up earlier to get back on schedule.
Right before 9mo she started this 12 hrs at night thing with no wake ups I have no idea how it happened...she did it for like four nights then she woke up on the fifth night and I didn't go in she fussed on and off for thirty mins and then that's been it she hasn't woken up since then. We had a tooth coming in and just did tylenol right before bed and that's it. My mom says I was a good sleeper though so I think she takes after me
I picked other, it can be anywhere from 6.30 to 11 at night depending on how bad her teeth are.
Those sleeping almost 12 hours, how the hell did you manage that? Seriously, I need to know this!
If mine goes to bed earlier than 7, we have at least 3 wake ups usually one lasts about an hour, even then she will be up about 5, I'm only awake now due to another wake up, she went to bed at 8.30, I'm expecting one more wake up before the day starts again and it's only 1.15am here
This! Amen, someone said it! Sadly without the teething and 6:30p would be a dream although I love spending more time with her since I don't get as much during the day.
Re: Sleep
I chose 9pm, but it's anywhere 9-10 pm, often closest to 9:30.
I honestly couldn't imagine baby going to bed at 6, but I know families that do it.

The holidays had things a bit messed up but hopefully we are getting back to normal
